Is this true or false? please give an informative answer?

Neither from itself nor from another, nor from both, nor without a cause does anything whatever anywhere arise. Is this true or false? please give an informative answer?
this is quite obviously false.

neither from its self: please note creatures that practice a form of reproduction called ''selfing'' this is the natrual equivalent of cloning.

nor from another: notice how one human can give birth to another.

nor without a cause: what about particles that simply apare in to existance on a quantum level? what about the apendix in the intestins that appares yet has no function or use.

what you are quoting comes from the tetralemma, a busddhist scripture. this is yet another religious quote that is inacurate. Is this true or false? please give an informative answer?
Nothing material arises from itself, but it may arise from another. Nothing material arises without a cause. Obviously God is a logically necessary exception to the rules that apply to material things.
True. If something didnt have a reason, It wouldnt happen. If God didnt want us to be here, he wouldnt have put us here. If I didnt want to be ont he computer, I wouldnt be here. Is that what your saying?

If you're talking about the big bang theory, the theory itself doesn't talk about the origins of the universe. If not, I have no idea what you're implying.
If we can't explain it scientifically yet, God did it.
